How do I create a listing?

Sign up for free, click "Post a listing" and fill in the form: property type, address, key facts, images and description. After a brief review, your listing is published.

Why is my listing reviewed?

Every listing is briefly reviewed before publication to ensure the quality of the platform and prevent abuse. This usually doesn't take long.

What is the property alert?

With the property alert, you are automatically notified by email as soon as a new listing appears that matches your search criteria. You don't need an account for this – just an email address. You confirm your registration via a link in the first email.

How do I contact an advertiser?

On every listing page you'll find a contact form. Your message is forwarded directly to the advertiser. You don't need to be logged in.

What does "deposit insurance available" mean?

For some rental properties, the landlord accepts deposit insurance instead of a cash deposit. This means you don't have to put down the deposit in cash.

How do I delete my account?

In your profile you'll find the option to delete your account. Your personal data is anonymised and your active listings are removed.
