2. General information on data processing

We process personal data only insofar as this is necessary to provide a functional platform as well as our content and services, or where you have given your consent. Processing is carried out in accordance with the Liechtenstein Data Protection Act (DSG) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable.

3. Registration and login

A user account is required to create listings. Registration takes place either via email registration or via Google's sign-in service. In doing so, we process:

• for email registration: your email address, your name and an encrypted stored password;
• for sign-in via Google: your email address, your name and your profile picture, which Google transmits to us;
• the time of consent to our T&C.

4. Sign-in via Google (OAuth)

When you sign in via Google, you are redirected to Google's sign-in page. After successful sign-in, Google transmits the profile data mentioned above to us. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Processing serves simple and secure sign-in. The legal basis is the performance of the user contract. Further information can be found in Google's privacy policy.

5. Session management

To maintain your sign-in, we set a technically necessary cookie (session ID). The associated session data is stored server-side and deleted after the session ends or upon logout. This cookie is required for operation and does not require consent.

6. Listings

When you create a listing, we process the data you enter about the property, including address, key facts, description and uploaded images. This data is displayed publicly on the platform. Please note that the information you publish is visible to all visitors. Listings are not deleted immediately upon termination (sold, rented, withdrawn) but are set to an inactive status.

7. Contact inquiries

When you send a message via the contact form of a listing or the general contact form, we process your name, your email address, possibly your telephone number and your message in order to forward and respond to it. To prevent abuse, we also store an encrypted (hashed) form of your IP address. Messages are stored for processing and documentation.

8. Property alert (saved search)

With the property alert, you can be notified by email about new matching listings. For this we process your email address and your search criteria. Registration uses the double opt-in procedure; that is, you must actively confirm your registration via a confirmation link. You can revoke the property alert at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email. The legal basis is your consent.

9. Usage and search data

To improve our offer and create market analyses, we record search queries on the platform (e.g. searched region, price range, property type). This data is recorded and evaluated technically.

Each time our website is accessed, technical access data (e.g. browser type, access time) is also processed, insofar as this is necessary for secure and stable operation.

10. Anonymised market data

From the listings and search queries published on the platform, we create anonymised and aggregated market data. This data is processed in such a way that no conclusions can be drawn about individual persons. We use this anonymised, aggregated data for market analyses and pass it on to third parties, in particular financial institutions. As this is anonymised data without personal reference, it is no longer subject to data protection regulations after anonymisation has taken place.

11. Your rights

Within the scope of the legal provisions, you have the following rights:

• right to information about the data stored about you;
• right to rectification of incorrect data;
• right to deletion of your data;
• right to restriction of processing;
• right to revoke consent given, with effect for the future.

To exercise your rights, a message to athius@gratis.immo is sufficient. You also have the right to complain to the competent data protection authority (in Liechtenstein: Data Protection Authority Liechtenstein).

12. Advertising (Google AdSense)

We integrate advertising via Google AdSense, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google uses cookies and similar technologies to serve ads and measure their delivery. Data such as your IP address, device information and information about your use of the website may be processed and transmitted to Google in order to display interest-based advertising. This processing only takes place with your consent, which you give via our cookie banner and can revoke at any time. The legal basis is your consent. Further information on data processing by Google can be found in Google's privacy policy.

13. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to adapt this Privacy Policy so that it always complies with current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services. The new Privacy Policy then applies to your next visit.
